AKA the fanfic that I really, REALLY want, but have neither the time nor patience to fully flesh out into the amazing epic it would totally be, so I make fan art instead.
Basically, after Loki falls from the Bifrost, he lands on Midgard, but after months of wandering and being chased by organizations for his powers, he runs into Spiderman in New York. And become Super Allies/Vigilantes.

That would be very cool. Spiderman was my favorite hero before I got on the "superhero/comic book" bandwagon in college with Batman, Joker, and Loki. I still have Green Goblin's confrontation speech with Toby Macguire Spiderman down in my head (How weird is that?) And since it's the same universe, and Peter Parker was a member of SEVERAL Avengers teams, I imagine that Loki would probably run into him at some point.
After all, he did try to destroy Peter's city, i.e. New York. If he had tried to destroy Philadelphia, it would be a different story; though I was born near NYC, I consider Philadelphia my home and garden of arts/thought. I would be very mad if Loki had destroyed my city.
